Permits are required 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
There are parking permit dispensers for temporary permits as you enter the parking lots. Permits cost $5.00 for 12 hours, or $1.00 per hour up to 4 hours. The dispensers accept credit cards, coins, and one or five dollar bills, but do not refund change.
