Generally, you will receive an email when the item is ready to be picked up.

You can also sign up for text messages from the Libraries. To sign up for text messages, log into your account, then click on the Edit Account button. In the new pop-up window, you can add your mobile phone number and select the Opt-In button. Click Submit at the bottom of the window to save your changes.

You can also contact the User & Delivery Services Department at (970) 351-2671 to check on the status of the item you have requested.
